B. Vehicle & Telematics Device Information
To bind tracking hardware to our platform, we collect information about the vehicles you monitor:
- Vehicle Metadata: Make, model, year, vehicle type, and Vehicle Identification Number (VIN).
- Device Identifiers: Device IDs, hardware serial numbers, MAC addresses, or other identifiers of the tracking hardware (e.g., ESP32 trackers) communicating with the platform.

C. Real-Time Telematics & Diagnostics Data
While our tracking devices are active, they continuously transmit telemetry data to our servers via secure messaging protocols (such as MQTT and HTTP):
- Location Data: Precise real-time geographical coordinates (latitude and longitude), speed, altitude, heading, and timestamp.
- OBD2 Diagnostics & Sensor Telemetry: Engine RPM, battery voltage, coolant temperature, fuel level, throttle position, engine load, and diagnostic trouble codes (DTCs).
- Alert Events: Geofence breaches (entry or exit from designated areas), speed alerts, and critical engine faults.


2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

We use the collected information for the following professional and operational purposes:
- Core Functionality: To display real-time vehicle locations on maps, track history, monitor fleet performance, and process diagnostics.
- Alerts and Notifications: To dispatch transactional alerts (such as geofence breaches or diagnostic warnings) via SMS (e.g., NextSMS) and Email (e.g., Resend) as configured in your account.
- AI Diagnostics: To run automated analysis on vehicle sensor logs to detect faults and provide helpful troubleshooting suggestions.
- Account Maintenance: To manage user accounts, verify login credentials, and handle administrative requests.
- Platform Security: To detect, prevent, and address technical issues, unauthorized access, or abusive behavior.


3. DATA SHARING & THIRD-PARTY SERVICE PROVIDERS

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal or vehicle data to third parties. We share data only with trusted service providers necessary to operate the platform:
- Hosting and Database Infrastructure: Secure cloud hosting and database systems (such as MongoDB) to persist platform telemetry and user records.
- Communication APIs: SMS delivery platforms (such as NextSMS) and email delivery services (such as Resend) to route real-time notifications to you.
- MQTT Brokers: Standard secure messaging brokers to transit telemetry payloads from trackers to our ingestion services.

All third-party services are prohibited from using your personal information for any purpose other than providing these services to us, and they are required to maintain the confidentiality and security of your data.

A. Security
We implement industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical security measures designed to protect your information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. However, please be aware that no transmission method over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.
